We will confirm your order automatically by e-mail.
Upon confirming your order, we will inform you of the deadline for delivery. If delivery fails due to a cause that is attributable to you, then you shall bear the costs of any repeated delivery.
You may choose the method of delivery and payment for the ordered goods at your convenience as follows.
You may pick up the ordered goods at our store. In this case you will not be obligated to pay any delivery costs. You may choose to pay cash or by credit card. Please wait until the store informs you that your order has arrived. Upon enquiry, the store will inform you at any time of the status of your order.
Pick Pack Points form a countrywide network present in 240 settlements, including Relay and Inmedio newspaper shops, but your orders can be delivered to Playersroom, Playmax and Sportfactory shops, OMV, MOL, Avia and Avanti petrol stations, and to shops of the Co-oP network as well.
The delivery to one of the more than 700 Pick Pack Points combines the advantages of personal pickup and courier delivery.
You can collect your packed order at the selected point within 7 weekdays after you get a message about the delivery of your parcel any day during the opening hours of the shops and service stations.
In addition to cash payment you can pay by credit card at the assigned shops of the Pick Pack Points.
Fee of delivery to Pick Pack Points: 900 HUF.
If you order any products in stock on weekdays until 14.00, you can pick up your parcel within 3 weekdays at your selected Pick Pack Point. Customers will be informed by e-mail or text messages, when the parcel is delivered to the Pick Pack Point. The parcel is given to the person who can identify themselves as authorized to claim the parcel.
You have no time to pick up your delivery personally? Never mind, we can deliver it to your home! Your comfort is our first priority. Your books are delivered by GLS Hungary to your home or even your workplace.
Our products in stock are delivered within one day, if you place your order until 12.00 on weekdays.
If the ordered amount of books with 24 hours delivery time exceeds the available stock, the delivery deadline is subject to change.
Next-day delivery is only possible if the ordered products are in stock.
If, along with a product in stock, you purchase another product that we need to order, you can request immediate delivery for the products in stock after you put your products in Your Basket. If you do not make such a request, we deliver all products at the same time.
You will be informed by e-mail about dispatching the parcel before the day of delivery.
You determine the delivery time of pre-ordered products during the ordering process: it can be immediate or a delivery with your next order. Of course every delivery has an independent cost.
Without prior agreement GLS delivers your parcel to your designated address the workday following the dispatch of the parcel from 8.00 to 17.00. Please, designate a shipping address where you can receive your parcel during daytime. Please, enter your phone number, too, so that GLS can contact you in case of any problem. Also you can inquire about the status of your parcel using your parcel number on the weekday following your delivery notification at the GLS Customer Service. The Customer Service is available by phone +36 1 802 0265 on every weekday from 7.00 to 19.00. The delivery service is also available at http://www.gls-hungary.com.
The shipping has a flat rate within the country: 1 300 HUF.
Individual offers can be given in case of bulk order or foreign address.
Shipping to a destination outside Hungary: we use registered post, but for the calculation of the cost we have to do this manually and individually as it depends on the weight and the destination. Please send your request by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a reply within 48 hours.
You can pay the GLS courier delivery in cash on the spot or by credit card and PayPal on the internet in advance.
You can pay for the products delivered to Pick Pack Point in cash or by credit card on the spot or by credit card and PayPal via internet in advance at the time of ordering.
If we could not provide an item you paid for by credit card or PayPal, we will transfer the price of the product to your credit card or you PayPal account as soon as possible.
If you chose personal pickup, you can pay in cash or by credit card at our shop.
Bank transfer is a viable payment method in the case of institutional orders.
We provide the following online and mobile phone payment methods: PayPal payment and online acceptance of credit card by Erste Bank.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear all costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You are not entitled to exercise the above right to withdraw in case of ordering newspapers or magazines.
We undertake a warranty with respect to the goods ordered by you. This means that if the book ordered by you is misprinted or damaged during delivery, then we will exchange it at our own expense. For this purpose, please visit our store or send us back the misprinted or damaged book. Please also attach the invoice or a copy thereof. If we are unable to locate an immaculate copy of the book ordered by you, then you may order another book free of charge instead or if you do not wish to do so, we will reimburse you the purchase price.
We do not distribute any goods to which statutory guarantee (in Hungarian: jótállás) applies.
We undertake to act in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, without being submitted to any specific code of ethics.
The contract shall commence upon receipt of your order by us and shall terminate upon delivery of the ordered goods and expiry of your right of withdrawal (please see Section 6).
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 45 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem in writing within 10 days of the first day of the delay.
We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or costs arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under Hungarian law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.
We undertake to handle all data that has become known to us as confidential and use such data exclusively for the purpose of performing orders and purposes in connection with the contract. We will not disclose your data to any third persons except for disclosure to the extent necessary to our subcontractors in the course of performance of the contract (e.g. for delivery) or as prescribed by statutory requirements. Your data will be handled in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on Data Protection.
In case of any dispute arising from or in connection with the contract, the parties shall aim to settle such dispute amicably.
The competent Hungarian regular courts shall have jurisdiction with respect to any dispute arising from or in connection to the contract.
The contract shall be governed by Hungarian law.
