Placement of orders
You can place your orders at our website. Put the item into your shopping chart, then select delivery mode and payment method. By sending us your order, you shall agree to the General Terms and Conditions: https://bestsellers.hu/terms-and-conditions
Confirmation
We confirm your order automatically by e-mail. Here you can contact us any time, to check the status of your order: https://bestsellers.hu/contact_us. If we cannot procure the ordered item, or the price/delivery time is different from that of the website, or we suggest a similar item, we will contact you in 24 hours.
Delivery methods
Personal pickup
You may pick up the ordered goods at our store. In this case you will not be obligated to pay any delivery costs. You may choose to pay cash or by card. Please wait until the store informs you that your order has arrived.
Shipping
Your order will be delivered either by GLS courier (in Hungary), or by registered mail (outside Hungary). We will inform you of the details by e-mail once your order has been handed over to the courier/post office. If, along with a product in stock, you purchase another product that we need to order, you can request immediate delivery for the products in stock after you put your products in Your Basket. If you do not make such a request, we deliver all products at the same time. Of course every single delivery has a separate cost.
Courier delivery
Your books are delivered by GLS Hungary to your home or your workplace. Our products in stock are delivered within one day, if you place your order until 12.00 on weekdays. You will be informed by e-mail about dispatching the parcel before the day of delivery. GLS delivers your parcel to your designated address the workday following the dispatch of the parcel from 8.00 to 17.00. Please, designate a shipping address where you can receive your parcel during daytime. Please, enter your phone number, too, so that GLS can contact you in case of any problems. Also you can inquire about the status of your parcel using your parcel number on the weekday following your delivery notification at the GLS Customer Service. The Customer Service is available by phone +36 1 802 0265 on every weekday from 7.00 to 19.00. The delivery service is also available at http://www.gls-hungary.com. The shipping has a flat rate within the country: 1900 HUF.

Registered post
Shipping to a destination outside Hungary: we use registered post, but for the calculation of the cost we have to do this manually and individually as it depends on the weight and the destination. Please send your request by e-mail to bestsellers@bestsellers.hu and we will send you a reply within 24 hours.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for the ordered products online when placing the order by card and with PayPal. If we cannot provide an item you paid for by card or with PayPal, we will transfer the price of the product to your card or you PayPal account as soon as possible. If you chose personal pickup, you can pay in cash or by card at our shop.
You can pay the GLS courier delivery in cash or by card on the spot or by card and PayPal when placing the order. Bank transfer is a viable payment method in case of institutional orders.
