Some of the recipes of this books describe the process of the preparation simply, and designate the ingredient's quantity in a comprehensible, usable way. Besides the recipes we let the reader in on small entries about the origin and characteristics of the important ingredients. To make it easier to love, understand and cook the Hungarian courses, at the end of the book there is a little glossary to road the reader deep into the Hungarian cuisine - and explain every important thing from the paprika to the 'pálinka' ...There nothing to stop us from cooking at home in a Hungarian way.
