What is pre-ordering?
Many, if not all publishers have a 6-month schedule of when they plan to publish which book. This they coomunicate to us, the booksellers in advance and with quite some detail to enable us to place our orders. So, we preorder books from the publishers and then propose to you, to preorder the book in return for a guarranteed price and delivery on or very shortly after the official publication date.

What is 'Reserve online & collect in store' option?
Please select this option if you wish to take delivery of the desired item personally in our Budapest bookshop. In this case we will either reserve it for you if it is in stock, if not, we will order it for you and advise you by email or telephone as soon as it is ready to be picked up.

I'm confused by prices and currencies...
All items have a price in Hungarian forints and all purchases will be debited in this currency. If you are not familiar with this currency, you can switch between currencies by clicking the grey 'Change currency’ link in the site header (top-right). A little popup window will come up, where you can select USD, GBP or Euros. Prices in currencies other than Forints are given here for informational purposes only. Your bank's exchange rate may be different.

What does it mean: splitting my order?
For instance, if you order several books at once which have different availability dates, splitting your order means we will ship as each item is received in the shop separately. If you don't split your order, all books will be delivered in one package, when all the items ordered are ready in the shop. Splitting an order will result in higher shipping costs.
